Hellebore Seed Trade?

I'm working on compiling my taxes and had to take a break. Was out in the garden on Thursday and noticed we are about to have hellebore seeds on most of our flowers. I'd be willing to trade some seeds if anyone is interested? I'd like some species hellebores, doubles and hybrid picotees.

We have seeds of many different hybrids, dark red light red, pink and white. Bother Blue and Red Lady  also. Look at out plant list on the top of the right side bar, most of the hellebores labeled breezy have seeds on them. I'm thinking the seeds will be dropping very soon, so I need to be ready to collect them.

Here is Red Lady popping with seeds, never noticed the seed pods so red before, but Red Lady has never done so well with blooms either.
Still in prime bloom Red Lady, see the older seed pod on the flower in the back.

I've never grown hellebores before. I wish I had some hellebore seeds to share with you. I do have other flower seeds if you are interested in trading. Foxglove, coneflower, sweet pea, zinnia, nasturium, poppies.

I will check mine and see if I can collect you some seeds to send. Can't guarantee they'll be fancy but will try to get you ones from the doubles. Give me a few weeks okay? I don't think they are ripe yet.

I've always wanted Hellebores! If only our countries allowed shipping seeds overseas! [SIGH]
Lucky those who get these :)

I've never really paid much attention to the seed heads before now... I shall do in future. Lovely illustrations ...

I did not know hellebores seeded like that! Just after reading this, I ran out to see if my blooms have seeds and they do! No doubles but I shall see if I can take some seeds and make new plants for next year! Thanks for the tip...

Very nice! I just scrolled through your blog and noticed the beautiful blooms you have right now. I only have Helleborus foetidus and usually have a lot of seeds from it. If you're interested check in with me in a few weeks.

Forgot to mention: you could have mine for postage. Don't need any in return.
